Our Roots

Our bakery originally started all the way back in 2011, when Jennifer LaSala was only 17 years old. After a freak accident at work resulted in her fracturing her neck, blacking out, and having a seizure, she changed her entire bakery to help those with food allergies have a safe place to feel “normal”.

 

Our Products

Finally, a safe place! Unlike other places in the food industry that just give you “options” that are made in the same facility as your allergens, we strive to be as allergen friendly as possible! Our entire kitchen is free of gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. Unfortunately as of right now we can not be totally free of coconut or soy, however we are working our way to eliminating them, and only 10% of our products actually contains soy, and only one item in the entire shop contains coconut. We also try our best to stay away from sunflower (almost everything is sunflower free), pea protein (almost everything is pea protein free), and seeds ( almost everything is seed free).
